Eric Pirooz
Founder & CEO
Eric Pirooz is the Founder & CEO of the team, providing vision, leadership, and direction to drive the company's growth and success. Eric got his start in Entertainment by being an actor first, earning his BA in Theatre from The University of Texas at Austin. Transferring to the business side, he worked as the Executive Asst to the Senior VP & Head of Voiceover at Innovative Artists. Next, he was Junior Manager at WOS Group Entertainment, eventually becoming full Partner. In 2018 he decided it was time to start his own business and he founded NOVA.
Raphael Dorval
Manager
Raphael is a seasoned entertainment professional with an extensive background in Casting, TV Production, and Talent Development. His career began as an actor before transitioning into production. Over the years, Raphael has cast and produced a wide range of projects across numerous platforms, including ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, CW, FOX, Netflix, MTV, HBO Max, Bravo, TBS, and Lifetime. Specializing in both scripted and unscripted television, Raphael has worked alongside top executives at ABC/Disney to discover fresh talent for their annual diversity showcase. However, he truly found his passion in the unscripted world, where he helped launch the careers of countless performers, models, and content creators internationally. His casting credits include major shows like America’s Next Top Model, America’s Got Talent, Little Big Shots, Floored, Dance Battle America, The Circle, Big Brother, Finding Magic Mike, Dance Moms, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, and Let’s Make a Deal, just to name a few. Raphael takes great pride in discovering new talent and guiding them to find their unique voice and brand as Actors, Models, Dancers, Singers, and Content Creators. After years of being approached by Talent to help manage their careers, he is thrilled to finally make this transition into Talent Management at NOVA Talent Group. Raphael is excited to apply his wealth of knowledge from both scripted and unscripted TV to support his Clients, and nurture their growth with a fresh, forward-thinking approach to the evolving entertainment industry.
Burke Daily
Executive Assistant/Junior Manager
Burke Daily plays a pivotal role as the Executive Assistant/Junior Manager, supporting the top management and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team through proactive coordination and administrative support. Burke graduated from Chapman University in 2020, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management & Leadership. After working in various Talent Agencies, he realized Management was a track more suited to his skill set and he joined NOVA in 2022. Burke was thrilled to join a company that values a hands-on approach and he loves working with his clients during every step of their journey.
